What I love the most about the transition I’ve made to lifestyle portraits as opposed to studio, is that every session is completely unique.

I photographed Alison and Mark during a blizzard in Oakville. Being able to take the couple outside in the snow really marked the time and place of their maternity story. I hope that these photos will always remind them about the time they eagerly anticipated the arrival of their first child and saw the seasons change from Winter to Spring as they did so.

I met baby Jacob a few weeks ago to photograph his newborn portraits. I look forward to sharing them with you soon.
