It was an honour to be asked by my friend Adrienne to photograph her daughter Rebecca’s Bat Mitzvah. It was such a lovely, intimate event held in their backyard. I actually hadn’t seen Rebecca for a few years and was amazed to see what a beautiful, strong and intelligent young lady she’d grown to be.

The ceremony was full of so many personal touches from the lavender they passed out that was grown in their garden to the hand made Tallit that was embroidered by Rebecca and Adrienne. After the ceremony the dance party broke out that lasted for hours.

The following night, Rebecca had her own party at the Hard Rock Cafe’s upstairs event room and they asked me to set up my photo booth with a sassy red back drop. As you can tell, the kids really enjoyed it!
