I met Angie and Tony about 8 years ago through mutual friends in New York. Angie was actually a bridesmaid at one of the first weddings I ever shot.

We got to know each other well through an annual camping trip a group of us would take in upstate New York at the infamous Brown Tract Pond, so it was a real pleasure to be asked to shoot their wedding and have the opportunity to catch up with old friends.

The venue was a gorgeous private residence in Connecticut surrounded by acres of grassy land and bright red trees. Everything about it was elegant with country charm so it was really a photographers dream.

It was a perfect Fall day, sunny and crisp, and once the sun went down the fire pit was lit to keep everyone warm and toasty, we even had a full moon overhead to light up the night sky. The dance floor rocked until the wee hours and everyone had a blast.
