Deanne & Suhash – Elegant Downtown Toronto Wedding at Storys Building

The Photo Booth!

Deanne and Suhash’s wedding was one of the many events that were affected greatly by the pandemic. It was originally planned for August 2021 and then postponed to the same month but the following year. It was a long time coming but I think all would agree it was well worth the wait!

Everything took place in the downtown Toronto area with Deanne getting ready at the ultra-chic Le Germain Hotel and Suhash at their Liberty Village condo. We met at Osgoode Hall for the big reveal and family photos. The couple and wedding party then took a stroll along Queen St towards the Storys Building, stopping for some fun photo ops along the way.

Storys Building is a 170-year-old brick-and-beam building that has maintained its original heritage while creating a blank canvas to suit all styles. Deanne and Suhash filled the space with delicate white and blush flowers paired with plentiful candles to create an elegant and cozy atmosphere.

The ceremony was heartfelt and sweet filled with laughter and tears of happiness followed by a cocktail reception. The guests were treated to a serenading accordion player, who was also Deanne’s uncle!

After a gourmet dinner provided by Storys and some hilarious and touching speeches, everyone was ready to hit the dance floor (and photos booth) and party the night away!
