Kaiva and Tobias’ wedding was a wonderfully rustic and cozy event at Camp Saulaine, nestled away in the perfectly named Utopia, Ontario.
Everything about the day was low-key, relaxed and personal. The bride did her own hair and make-up, and the couple’s friends and family coordinated the event bringing in many personal touches.
The ceremony was decorated only by the surrounding landscape, no elaborate florals or decor, which suited the couple to a tee. No bells and whistles, just honesty and love…well actually, there was a bell…a large antique bell that rang out at the beginning of the ceremony to welcome a moment of quiet contemplation, and at the end to welcome the newly married couple!
The enchanting camp boasts the most beautiful wooden barn full of country charm creating a magical setting for the reception dinner. The guest made it inside after the cocktail reception just before the rain started.
