The was the first of Lauren and Joel’s two weddings. Lauren’s family is from Lyon, France so the bigger version of their wedding took place there a few weeks after this intimate event.

They officially tied the knot at Toronto City Hall in front of about 20 of their closest family and friends.

Afterwards, we headed over to the conveniently located Osgoode Hall to take some beautiful springtime portraits. Their cocktail reception was at HG Events at Yonge and Summerhill, a short subway ride from city hall – which made for some fun photos along the way.

It was a perfectly simple day, very well suited for Lauren and Joel’s relaxed personalities.
