This is the second wedding in a row that I’ve photographed in torrential downpour for most of the day. Circumstances like these really force a photographer to work around and with the natural elements to ensure beautiful images. There are ways to make it look like it’s not raining at all (see below) and ways to work with the weather to create dramatic images, like the above. Rain definitely isn’t what couples want for their wedding day but it definitely shouldn’t be the thing that ruins it.
