From a young age, I had a knack for photography and was lucky enough to be able to pursue it as a career. I feel so honoured to have a creatively rewarding job that I am passionate about.
I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) in 2001 and began my professional photography company in 2003. With over 20 years of experience, I have photographed hundreds of weddings and portraits with a focus in the GTA, but I have also shot in Montreal, Ottawa, Kingston, New York, Jamaica, and the United Kingdom.
My work has been published in magazines and blogs including Junebug Weddings, Martha Stewart Weddings, The Wedding Co., Bride and Tonic, Wedding Bells, and Champagne Sweets.
As someone who has been blessed to have a beautiful and loving family life, I know how important showcasing your own particular story is, no matter what the occasion. I offer family, maternity, and newborn photography using my know-how to capture the personality of everyone involved.
In addition to photography, I am also an avid swimmer and compete on a master swim team. I love to cook, drawing most of my inspiration and knowledge from Food Network cooking competitions, and I like to dabble in DIY woodworking. To date, I have built a coffee table, planter boxes, benches and vinyl record holders.
I am lucky to share my life and my home with my husband, our 12-year-old daughter, our rescue dog from the Caribbean and our 2 cats.
