Demi and Vinay’s wedding blended their Indian and Japanese cultures to create a uniquely fused celebration.
They performed a full Hindu ceremony at the Sanatan Mandir Cultural Centre in Markham after which Demi changed from her lengha into a traditional Japanese kimono for their formal photos in Unionville.
The reception took place at the Markham Convention Centre and featured both an Indian buffet and Japanese bento boxes. The dance floor raged well into the night as people from both sides of the family came together to celebrate their love.
