On a chilly late-fall day, I met this lovely family for a mostly indoor portrait session with their 8-month-old son, Lucas. With the cold weather outside, their cozy home created the perfect setting for relaxed, natural moments together. Lucas was incredibly smiley throughout the session, lighting up every photo with his bright expressions. We captured a mix of gently posed family portraits and sweet candid moments as the three of them played together and snuggled up to read one of Lucas’s favorite books. We even stepped outside briefly for a few quick portraits in the crisp autumn air before heading back inside for more warm, playful moments that beautifully captured this stage of their family life.
